Description
The 30th anniversary of the Constitution of Kazakhstan is a significant date reflecting the country’s historical path to building a state governed by the rule of law and strengthening democratic institutions. The Basic Law is the foundation of independence, a symbol of unity and civil accord.
The coin depicts an open book, personifying the Constitution of the country, above it is the number “30”, made against the background of an outline map of Kazakhstan. In the center of the map is shanyrak, which symbolizes the sun.
The coins are made of brass and nickel alloy (bicolor), weighing 6.45 grams, with a diameter of 24.5 mm.
