Averse: the dodecahedron shape; the face value of the coin “500 TENGE”; the trademark of Kazakhstan Mint; the image of four galloping horsemen; “Ag 925 31,1gr.” means metal, standard of coinage and weight; two inscriptions REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN” in Kazakh and English.

Reverse: the gilded image of decoration in the shape of tiger head with heraldic image of spring; “THE HEAD OF TIGER” the name of the coin in Kazakh and in English; the heraldic spiral; two legends “THE GOLD OF NOMADS”; “2005” means the year of coinage.

Images and legends are relief.

Lateral surface is smooth without corrugation and inscriptions.
